Douar Shemsy : la vie après la survie

Le 8 septembre 2023, le village d'Amizmiz encore inconnu de beaucoup de marocains a été au cœur de la plus grande catastrophe naturelle de l'histoire de cette belle région du Maroc qu'est El Haouz. Après le choc, l'énorme élan de solidarité des marocains, le lancement de la reconstruction, des premiers projets ont pu voir le jour. Douar Shems'y en est un des plus concrets. Sa construction a pu être financée par les dons qui ont suivi la tragédie mais un an après, l'heure n'est plus à la gestion de l'urgence mais à la vie, au quotidien, à la dignité. 

 

Le 04 octobre, le douar Shems'y a ouvert officiellement ses portes pour accueillir les orphelins, lancer une année scolaire pour des premières promotions de tous petits, de primaires, et quelques lycéens. Le douar est centré sur les orphelins mais également à disposition des enfants et familles des alentours pour trouver de l'aide. 

 

Mais pour vivre et assurer le quotidien de ces 144 enfants et faire tourner l'écosystème environnant, nous avons besoin de vous plus que jamais. Cette région est coupée de tout et ce Douar est un espoir infini. 

 

Sa seule construction a un été un pari incroyable mais il suscite tant d'espoir. Nous ne pouvons y arriver seuls. Nous avons besoin de chacun d'entre vous.

 

C'est pourquoi nous, l'Association Marocaine d'Aide aux Enfants en Situation Précaire, reconnue d'utilité publique, lançons une campagne de collectes dons à l'occasion de l'ouverture du Douar.

D'ici fin octobre, nous avons l'immense ambition de collecter 450 000 Dhs pour subvenir au besoin de 144 enfants sur la période de l'hiver. Vous avez été présents, il y a un an. Soyez encore au rendez vous de cet immense défi de solidarité.

 

Les fonds seront ventilés de la façon suivante :

• Des fournitures pour les enfants allant de la maternelle au primaire (jeux, livres cartables ) à hauteur de 100 000 Dhs

• Des couvertures et du chauffage pour l'hiver 50 000 Dhs 

• Des adultes accompagnants formés et présents à hauteur de 150 000 Dhs

• Santé (médecins et psychologue) et pharmacie : 40 000 Dhs 

• Hygiene : 70 000 Dhs 

• Eeau / Electricité : 40 000 Dhs

 

Les donateurs recevront sous la forme d'une newsletter l'avancement du Douar Shems'y , les actualités de la communauté qui y vit et des rapports réguliers sur les dépenses, ainsi que l'organisation de visites sur le site pour ceux qui souhaitent venir voir. 

 

Cette campagne de dons auprès du grand public est déterminante pour lancer la vie du Douar et assurer les besoins imminents de l'hiver si brutal dans cette région. D'autres sources de financement seront par la suite sollicitées pour pérenniser la vie du village sur 2025 et les prochaines années.

On September 8, 2023, the village of Amizmiz, still unknown to many Moroccans, was at the heart of the biggest natural disaster in the history of the beautiful Moroccan region of El Haouz. After the shock, the huge surge of solidarity from Moroccans and the launch of reconstruction, the first projects were able to see the light of day. Douar Shems'y is one of the most concrete examples. Its construction was financed by the donations that followed the tragedy, but one year on, it's no longer a question of emergency management, but rather of life, day-to-day living and dignity.

 

On October 04, the Shems'y douar will officially open its doors to welcome orphans and launch a school year for the first classes of toddlers, primary school pupils and a few high school students. The douar will focus on orphans, but will also be available to children and families in the surrounding area for help.

 

But we need your help more than ever if we are to provide a living for these 144 children and keep the surrounding ecosystem going. This region is cut off from everything and this Douar is an infinite hope.

 

Its construction alone has been an incredible gamble, but it inspires so much hope. We can't do it alone. We need each and every one of you.

 

That's why we, the Association Marocaine d'Aide aux Enfants en Situation Précaire, recognized as an NGO of public utility, are launching a month-long fund-raising campaign to mark the opening of the Douar. 
 

 

Between now and the end of October, our ambition is to raise 400,000 Dhs to provide for 144 children over the winter period. You were there a year ago. Please join us again in this immense challenge of solidarity.

 

Your contributions, whatever they may be, will finance what is most fundamental for a dignified childhood, wherever you are and wherever you come from.

 

The funds will be distributed as follows:

• 100,000 Dhs worth of supplies for children from kindergarten to primary school (games, books, school bags).

• Blankets and heating for the winter 50,000 Dhs

• Trained and present accompanying adults: 150,000 Dhs

• Health (doctors and psychologist) and pharmacy: 40,000 Dhs

• Hygiene: 70,000 dhs

• Water / Electricity: 40,000 Dhs amizmiz is far from everything.

 

Donors will receive a newsletter on the progress of Douar Shems'y, news of the community living there and regular reports on expenditure, as well as visits to the site for those who wish to come and have a look.

 

This campaign for donations from the general public is crucial to kick-starting the life of the Douar and meeting the imminent needs of the region's brutal winter. Other sources of funding will subsequently be sought to ensure the village's long-term survival in 2025 and beyond.

بحلول نهاية شهر أكتوبر، لدينا طموح كبير بجمع 400,000 درهم  لإعالة 144 طفلاً خلال فترة الشتاء. لقد كنت هناك منذ عام مضى. أرجوكم انضموا إلينا مرة أخرى في هذا التحدي الهائل للتضامن.

مستلزمات للأطفال من الحضانة إلى المدرسة الابتدائية (ألعاب، كتب، حقائب مدرسية) بقيمة 100,000 درهم

مرافقون مدربون وحاضرون مرافقون للبالغين: 150,000 درهم

الصحة (الأطباء والأخصائي النفسي) والصيدلية: 40,000 درهم

النظافة الصحية: 70,000 درهم 

المياه/الكهرباء: 40,000 درهم

 

وسيتلقى المتبرعون في شكل نشرة إخبارية آخر المستجدات عن التقدم المحرز في دوار شميسي وأخبار المجتمع الذي يعيش هناك وتقارير منتظمة عن النفقات، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم زيارات للموقع لمن يرغب في القدوم وإلقاء نظرة عليه.

 

هذه الحملة لجمع التبرعات من عامة الناس أمر بالغ الأهمية لبدء حياة الدوار وتلبية الاحتياجات الوشيكة لفصل الشتاء القارس في هذه المنطقة. سيتم البحث لاحقًا عن مصادر تمويل أخرى لضمان بقاء القرية على المدى الطويل في عام 2025 وما بعده.
